Health Craft Warranty/Return Policy

All returns & warranties are from Manufacturer.

HEALTH CRAFT WARRANTS that your cookware is manufactured from the highest grade 430 series surgical stainless steel available on the market today. Each saucepan, skillet, Dutch oven and stockpot includes a multi-layer, full-body "inner core" which quickly and evenly transmits heat across the bottom, up the sides and through the lid of the utensil. The multi-layer inner core feature represents the latest advancement in metals designed for nutritional food preparation.

THE HANDLES, KNOBS AND FINGERGUARDS are replaced for the cost of the part plus packing, handling and USPS mailing. Our cookware is guaranteed for life

FOR A LIFETIME: Health Craft warrants that your new cookware product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own Health Craft Cookware. (This warranty applies to cookware and non-electric Kitchen Helpers

DURABILITY: We further guarantee the cookware will not warp, buckle, bend, pit, chip, corrode or wear out.

SCOPE OF WARRANTY:This warranty is not limited to the original purchaser and is transferable. The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, neglect, abuse, tampering or misuse, nor does it cover damage resulting from service by persons other than Health Craft.

REMEDY:In the event of a malfunction or failure of a Health Craft product, the purchaser should call our Customer Service Department, at which time you will be issued an authorization number and instructions to return the product in order to provide expedient customer service. All returns must be accompanied by an authorization number or they will be returned to the sender. Returns should be properly packaged with no metal touching and a written explanation of specific concern , insured and postage prepaid and sent to the attention of the Customer Service Department. If the malfunction or failure is a result of defects covered by this warranty, Health Craft will, at its option, repair or replace it with a new Health Craft product and return to the purchaser at Health Craft's expense.

EXCHANGE POLICY:At Health Craft, we work very hard to manufacture the finest quality cookware available. We set our standards to maintain excellent customer service and offer all of our products at the most affordable prices. All Health Craft products carry a satisfaction guaranteed 90-day exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another product.

RESTOCKING FEE:All returned merchandise will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns must be in new condition and in original packaging.

RETURN POLICY:All products may be returned within 90 days of the order date for exchange. All returned merchandise must be in good or new condition and repackaged in the original factory packaging. Packages must include a copy of your original receipt, all cookbooks, instructions, DVD's, etc. Otherwise, no exchange can be made. Defaced or misused items are not returnable. To return any products to Health Craft, you MUST obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). You can do this by contacting Customer Service at 813-885-5244. All returns must have an RA# marked on the OUTSIDE of the package or it will be refused.

REFUNDS: It is not Health Craft's policy to issue refunds. Refunds will only be made on merchandise that is new and in the original packaging, provided it is within 30 days from the order date and will be issued less a 25% restocking fee. You must also have a copy of your original receipt and obtain an RA# from customer service.

RETURN SHIPPING: When returning merchandise, make sure the products are in original boxes and that your shipment is insured. It is very important that when you are packaging your merchandise that there is no metal touching metal, as this will result in damage to your product.

Return Policy and Cancellations (other than Health Craft)

Cancellations

Customers have 4 hours from the time the order is placed to cancel for a full refund. Orders are processed immediately, therefore, no order will be cancelled more than 4 hours after it has been placed.
Cancellation of orders after 4 hours will be on a case by case basis. We will do our best to not ship your order, however if the order has already been sent to the warehouse for shipping, you will need to get an RMA number and return the product. If you refuse the shipment we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

Defective products can be returned for Exchange or Refund.

Purchase Warranty

If upon receipt of your order you are not happy with it for any reason, please let us know within 7 days and we will issue an RMA number and instructions on where to return your item(s). All returned cookware sets and individual pieces of cookware as well as any other products must be in the original shipping cartons with all the original packaging, instruction booklets and manuals. A copy of the packing list must also accompany the return.

If any of these items are missing, there will be a replacement fee charged to the sender - amount of fee depends on missing item. All returns must be received within 14 days of the date shown on the packing list. All returns are subject to inspection and are returned to the customer if the items are not in resalable condition.

When merchandise is returned for credit instead of exchange, RNC Web Enterprises will issue the original purchaser a credit refund of the purchase price of the product, excluding our cost of shipping the product to the customer. If any product is not in resalable condition, the product will be returned to the consumer.

This is a Purchase Warranty, therefore this warranty covers undamaged, unflawed and unused merchandise only. Damaged or flawed merchandise is covered by the Factory Lifetime Warranty which is placed inside the carton with each item.

The manufacturer warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, neglect, abuse, tampering or misuse. Limited lifetime warranty is for the cookware and does not include handles and knobs.

Returns
All returns require an RMA (return authorization) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Customers may obtain an RMA number by email. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns. COD or postage due returns will not be accepted. After receiving your RMA number and returning your product, your credit card account will be credited, excluding the original shipping charges incurred by RNC Web Enterprises when shipping this product to the recipients address. For warranty coverage or replacement that is provided by the Factory Lifetime Warranty, please contact the address on your warranty.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold

RNC Web Enterprises is not responsible for any merchandise lost or stolen through the mail or parcel systems.

RNC Web Enterprises makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied of any kind with respect to products sold on this web site, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

In no event shall RNC Web Enterprises its owners, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to any product sold. You agree that the sole and maximum liability to RNC Web Enterprises arising from any product sold on cookforyourhealth.com shall be the price of the product ordered.

By purchasing any item from RNC Web Enterprises, whether by phone, mail or Internet, the buyer warrants that he/she is in compliance with his/her local and state laws and is legally able to purchase these items. Must be 18 years or older to purchase merchandise from RNC Web Enterprises its subsidiaries, parent companies, divisions or other entities. RNC Web Enterprises shall not be held responsible for any non-compliance with these laws.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price or product information due to a typographical error or incorrect manufacturer information cookforyourhealth.com shall have the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for these products with incorrect information. Cookforyourhealth.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel these orders whether or not your order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled Cookforyourhealth.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Sales Tax

Cookforyourhealth.com shall automatically charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to Texas. Each customer shall be responsible for sales taxes on orders shipped to any other state.
