5-Ply Surgical Stainless Steel Round Griddle

This stainless steel griddle is made by Maxam and is a Chef's Secret brand. It is made with 5-Ply Surgical Stainless Steel which means it is top quality and cooks evenly and quickly. You can cook with minimal moisture which means very little oil is needed with this skillet.

When cooking eggs you will need to add a small amount of oil, or just spray with Pam or similar product. This is needed because eggs do not have their own oils and moisture. If you are cooking sausage though, just preheat the pan, add your sausage and cover.
Don't forget to use low heat.

This pan measures 14" across and has 2 helper handles making it easy to carry from stove to table.

The pan also has a see through glass lid, so you can see when the food is done or ready to be turned.
